ETV provides South Carolina's businesses and state agencies with the most sophisticated, flexible state-owned teletraining system in the nation. By combining satellite technology and a statewide closed-circuit television system, ETV's teletraining services let professionals take part in regional and national meetings without leaving their communities.

Annenberg Media is a free satellite channel for schools, colleges, libraries, public broadcasting stations, public access channels, and other community agencies.
